Small Group Training

Specifically designed for 2, 3 or 4 people with common goals and time lines under the coaching of a Mobile Gym trainer. We will work with your group to create a dynamic, fun and engaging workout that doesn’t feel like a chore. Small group training offers you a chance to interface with a Personal Trainer. This is also an economical way to get individualized training at a fraction of the cost! The small group training classes are specific to the class participant’s goals, and not for general fitness purposes. Invite your friends who may benefit from additional activity to join you.

This is a fun, dynamic and safe program designed specifically for woman , by woman. We encourage woman of all ages, fitness levels, shapes and sizes who are interested in enhancing muscle tone, strength, posture balance and reducing body fat through weight training. This program will show you how to use free weights properly and is perfect complement to other exercise programs. Have more stamina through your day with energy ,strength and grace.
