Our massage therapists use massage oils to facilitate smooth, gliding strokes over the entire body with firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other benefits. Deep Tissue Massage
Is a massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep intense finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fiber’s of the muscles, tendons and fascia, which will release chronic muscle tension or knots- 90 Minute Session
